Family fun center celebrates 25th year

You may have seen 29-year-old Puerto Rican actor Ramon Rodriguez in movies such as the critically acclaimed independent film “Bella” and the cop drama “Pride and Glory.”

• The Round Lake Area Park District will host it’s annual Fourth of July Celebration from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, July 4. The fun-filled, family-friendly event will be full of live music, children’s entertainment, food and, of course, fireworks at 9:30 p.m. Activities will take place at Hook Lake in Round Lake Beach.
